Know your Catholic voice

This workshop helps to prepare ordinary Catholics with the tools to communicate the Church’s position on topics of contemporary relevance, typically hot button issues. The focus of this workshop is assisted suicide. Learn how, without losing your cool, to answer the question, “Why does the Catholic Church oppose allowing people to choose the time of their own death?” Catholic Voices is presented by Peter Nation, coordinator for Catholic Voices Canada. Cost: $40 (includes lunch) on Saturday, April 9, from 10am–4pm at the John Paul II Pastoral Centre, Vancouver. To register visit rcav.org/oc-spring.
