Often we pray the “Prayer for Vocations” at Mass. The announcements below show that God has answered our prayers: Ordination to the Diaconate: Larry Lynn, Lucio Choi, Mark McGuckin, Davide Lanzani. We are blessed to have four men being ordained to the Transitional Diaconate: Lucio Choi, Davide Lanzani, Larry Lynn, and Mark McGuckin. Archbishop J. Michael Miller will be ordaining these men to Holy Orders, Friday, May 15, at 7pm at Holy Rosary Cathedral, Vancouver. All faithful of the Archdiocese are welcome to come celebrate this great event. Please pray for these seminarians in this their time of preparation.
Ordination to Priesthood: Deacon Paul Goo
Deacon Paul Goo will be ordained to the holy order of priesthood by Archbishop J. Michael Miller on Saturday, May 23 at 12pm at Holy Rosary Cathedral, Vancouver. All are welcome to attend this solemn and joyous event. There is a reception (with first blessings) in the Rosary hall immediately after the ordination. Deacon Paul also asks for your prayers that he may be “meek and humble of heart” (Mt 11:29).
