In Catholic churches, a chapel of the Virgin or altar of Our Lady is a side altar dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, often the most prominent after the high altar.

At the Cathedral we have this side Altar dedicated to Our Lady Queen of the Holy Rosary, who is the patroness of Vancouver.
